Republicans are attacking AARP because it a union that informs voters with correct information instead of the lies that Fox not News provides. I remember that AARP said we should accept Prescription Drug Part D which is designed to rob seniors. It allows Pharmaceuticals companies to charge seniors triple the price that medicine was before the bill. There could be no negotiating for cheaper prices. So seniors had to buy, yes, had to buy prescription coverage that provided almost no coverage for the average senior. I have not forgave AARP for that treason. The Republicans are making a mistake.
The seniors will be not be forgiving of Republicans who attack AARP because it an attack on Seniors. Senior citizens vote. Republicans truly are idiots. They need to get some intelligence from somewhere.
I am a Democrat so I like it when I see Republicans shoot themselves in the foot. But still I hate stupity. I hate stupidity and people who scare senior citizens. Republicans have been using scare tactics for a long time. They have to use something because when you look at their behavior in congress you know they aren't going to get elected for their good congressional record. Lies are all they have.
Currently, there is a organization running a ad attacking the teacher's union with lies. Teachers do not make 42% more that people who worked in other types of job with the same type of education. They make 12% less mostly because some people feel called to teach. Most say it is a act of love to be teaching.
As far as I am concerned most of these governors are not working for the people. They are working for the religious right who want to take over public education and turn it into private pay school. They will teach religion in school. One religion, not a diverse religion.
You will noticed they were not attacking fireman, nursing, or policemen just teachers.
Well, since this page was wrote Republicans have decided to attack all types of unions and women. Women are being attacked to help kill Obama's Health Care Reform. Republicans will lie to you about the reform but they want to protect insurance companies because they have invested their money in them. Obama's Health Care Reform will make their investments less profitable. Isn't it great the way Republicans work for the people?
